认知评估量表在糖尿病认知功能障碍筛查中的应用

【摘要】：糖尿病认知功能障碍临床表现为视觉空间能力下降、执行功能减退、精神活动速度和注意力及抽象逻辑推理下降等。认知功能障碍是不可逆的。进行及时、准确地评估和诊断,早期发现和干预以延缓疾病进展尤为关键。认知评估量表在糖尿病认知功能障碍筛查中起重要作用。本文就国内外认知评估量表在糖尿病认知功能障碍筛查中的应用进行综述。
[Abstract]:The clinical manifestations of diabetes cognitive dysfunction include decreased visual spatial ability, decreased executive function, decreased mental activity, attention and abstract logic reasoning. Cognitive impairment is irreversible. Timely and accurate assessment and diagnosis, early detection and intervention to slow the progress of the disease are critical. Cognitive assessment scale plays an important role in the screening of diabetes cognitive dysfunction. This article reviews the application of cognitive assessment scale in diabetes mellitus cognitive impairment screening at home and abroad.
