燃煤型氟中毒病区成人血清骨形态发生蛋白-2和骨形态发生蛋白-3水平的调查

【摘要】:目的探讨燃煤型氟暴露对成人血清骨形态发生蛋白-2(BMP-2)和BMP-3表达的影响。方法于2013年9月,对贵州省六盘水市水城县陡箐乡(氟病区)和花嘎乡(对照区)成人进行氟斑牙诊断和尿氟检测,使用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清BMP-2、BMP-3浓度。结果燃煤型氟中毒病区成人氟斑牙检出率为72.58%(90/124),高于对照区[8.96%(6/67)],且病区成人尿氟浓度高于对照区,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01);病区成人血清BMP-2、BMP-3浓度与对照区比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05);氟病区及对照区成人血清BMP-2、BMP-3浓度在不同性别间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);氟病区18~39岁组成人血清BMP-2浓度较对照区高,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.186,P0.05);而其余各年龄段成人血清BMP-2、BMP-3浓度均无明显变化。氟病区成人血清BMP-2、BMP-3浓度在不同氟斑牙分度及尿氟浓度间比较差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论过量的氟可能导致成人血清BMP-2浓度升高,氟可能是影响血清BMP-2表达的因素之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of fluorine exposure on the expression of bone morphogenetic protein -2 (BMP-2) and BMP-3 in adult serum. Methods in September 2013, the dental fluorosis and Urine Fluorine detection were carried out in the adults of Dou Qing township (fluorosis area) and Hua GA township (control area) in Liupanshui, Guizhou Province. The serum BMP-2 and BMP-3 concentrations were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The detection rate of dental fluorosis in adults with coal burning fluorosis was 72.58% (90/124), higher than that of control area [8.96% (6/67)], and the concentration of Urine Fluorine in adult was higher than that in the control area, the difference was statistically significant (P0.01). There was no significant difference in the concentration of BMP-2 and BMP-3 in the adult serum from the control area (P0.05), and the serum B in the fluorosis area and the control area. There was no significant difference in the concentration of MP-2 and BMP-3 between the same sex differences (P0.05). The serum BMP-2 concentration of 18~39 years old in the fluorosis area was higher than that of the control area, and the difference was statistically significant (Z=-2.186, P0.05), but there was no significant change in the serum BMP-2 and BMP-3 concentration in the rest of the age groups. The serum BMP-2, BMP-3 concentration of the adult in the fluorosis area was in different dental fluorosis. There was no significant difference between the fraction and the concentration of urine fluorine (P0.05). Conclusion excessive fluoride may lead to the increase of serum BMP-2 concentration in adults, and fluorine may be one of the factors that affect the expression of serum BMP-2.
