【摘要】：正1临床资料患者,男,54岁,身高166 cm,体质量58 kg,因"上腹部不适1周"入院。查腹部CT提示"肝硬化",进一步行胃镜检查提示"食管静脉曲张"。患病以来,神志清,精神尚可,饮食可,睡眠可,大小便正常,体质量无明显变化。既往无高血压、心脏病史,无糖尿病、脑血管疾病病史,无食物、药物过敏史。入院体格检查:体温36.1℃,脉搏76次/min,呼吸19次/min,双下肢可见散在红色皮疹,无皮下出血、皮下结节、
