慢性睡眠剥夺对大鼠葡萄糖稳态的影响

【摘要】:目的评估慢性睡眠剥夺和大鼠血糖稳态之间的关系。方法将24只大鼠随机分为慢性睡眠剥夺(CSD)组和对照组,CSD组采用改良水平台法(MMPM)建立慢性睡眠障碍模型,干预3个月后接受糖耐量试验(IPGTT)和胰岛素耐量试验(ITT),并检测体重、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、肌酐、血脂和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果干预后3个月,两组增重衰减,CSD组血糖水平显著高于对照组(P0.01)。CSD组较对照组胰岛素抵抗指数和胰岛素耐受显著增加(P0.01)。两组AST、ALT、肌酐和大部分血脂参数没有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论慢性睡眠剥夺对大鼠葡萄糖稳态如葡萄糖耐受不良和胰岛素抵抗有显著影响。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the relationship between chronic sleep deprivation and blood glucose homeostasis in rats. Methods Twenty-four rats were randomly divided into two groups: chronic sleep deprivation group (CSD) group and control group (control group). The model of chronic sleep disorder was established by modified level platform (MMPM). After 3 months of intervention, the rats were treated with glucose tolerance test (IPGTT) and insulin tolerance test (ITT), and their body weight was measured. Aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (alt), creatinine, serum lipids and insulin resistance index (HOMA-IRN). Results three months after intervention, the blood glucose level in CSD group was significantly higher than that in control group (P 0.01). The insulin resistance index and insulin resistance in CSD group were significantly higher than those in control group (P 0.01). There was no significant difference in alt, creatinine and most blood lipid parameters between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion chronic sleep deprivation has a significant effect on glucose homeostasis such as glucose intolerance and insulin resistance in rats.
