【摘要】：正特发性低促性腺激素性性腺功能减退症(idiopathic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism,IHH)是一种日益被生殖内分泌科医生认识的疾病,但在对其发病机制、临床表现和治疗方法等方面仍存在疑惑。2015年7月中华医学会内分泌学分会性腺学组专家制定了特发性低促性腺激素性性腺功能减退症诊治专家共识~([1])。2015年9月欧洲内分泌学会发表了
