薯蓣粥对老年2型糖尿病患者血清SOD、GSH-Px的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨薯蓣粥对老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)等的影响。方法老年T2DM患者90例用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各45例。对照组进行门诊随访和糖尿病俱乐部健康教育,试验组在此基础上施予薯蓣粥,1次/d,连续干预12w。干预前后检测各组的观测指标,采用符合方案分析(PP)和意向性分析(ITT)对两组数据进行统计分析。结果PP和ITT显示,两组SOD、GSH-Px、活性氧自由基(AOR)、空腹血糖(FPG)和餐后2h血糖(2hPG)水平差异有统计学意义(P0.05),两组血清MDA水平无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论薯蓣粥初步显示出对老年T2DM患者SOD、GSH-Px、AOR的调节作用,对降低FPG和2hPG的作用也得到初步验证,对MDA的影响不确定。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of Dioscorea zingiberensis on serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods 90 elderly patients with T2DM were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (n = 45) and control group (n = 45). The control group was followed up and diabetes club health education was carried out. On this basis, the experimental group was given Dioscorea zingiberensis once a day for 12 weeks. The observation indexes of each group were measured before and after intervention, and the two groups of data were statistically analyzed by coincidence analysis (PP) and intentionality analysis (ITT). Results PP and ITT showed that the levels of GSH-Px, active oxygen free radical (AOR), fasting blood glucose (FPG) and 2 h postprandial blood glucose (2hPG) in the two groups were significantly different (P0.05), but no significant difference was found in the serum MDA levels between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion Dioscorea zingiberensis preliminarily showed the regulating effect on SODH-PxAOR in elderly patients with T2DM. The effect of dioscorea zingiberensis on the decrease of FPG and 2hPG was also preliminarily verified, and the effect on MDA was uncertain.
