甘肃东乡族中老年居民血脂异常发生率

【摘要】：目的了解甘肃东乡族中老年居民血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)的水平及异常发生率。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,对甘肃东乡县348例40岁以上居民进行了问卷调查、体格检查。同时采取血样,对血脂、血糖水平进行检测。结果东乡县地区的东乡族和汉族人群糖尿病发生率和血脂水平、血糖水平、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)及体重指数(BMI)平均值均存在显著差异(P0.05)。对导致血脂异常的因素进行分析,结果显示血压水平、血糖水平以及民族因素与血脂异常的发生有关。按年龄分层分析,汉族中年居民LDL-C、TC、TG异常发生率显著高于老年居民(P0.05);东乡族老年居民LDL-C、TG异常发生率明显高于中年居民(P0.05)。血脂异常和心血管疾病关系分析发现,血脂异常与高血压和糖尿病的发生显著相关(P0.05)。结论甘肃东乡县东乡族中老年居民血脂异常发生率处于较高水平,为提高中老年居民健康水平,应加大健康知识的普及和对中老年居民的健康检测。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDLC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDLC) in Dongxiang residents of Gansu province. Methods A total of 348 residents over 40 years old in Dongxiang County of Gansu Province were investigated by stratified cluster random sampling. At the same time, blood samples were taken to detect blood lipids and blood glucose levels. Results there were significant differences in the incidence of diabetes, blood lipid level, blood glucose level, systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and body mass index (BMI) between Dongxiang and Han people (P0.05). The results showed that blood pressure level, blood glucose level and ethnic factors were related to the occurrence of dyslipidemia. According to the analysis of age stratification, the incidence of abnormal TG in middle aged population of Han nationality was significantly higher than that in elderly residents (P0.05), and the incidence of abnormal TG in elderly residents of Dongxiang was significantly higher than that in middle-aged residents (P0.05). Analysis of the relationship between dyslipidemia and cardiovascular disease found that dyslipidemia was significantly associated with the occurrence of hypertension and diabetes (P0.05). Conclusion the incidence of dyslipidemia in the middle and aged residents of Dongxiang County in Gansu Province is at a high level. In order to improve the health level of the middle-aged and elderly residents, we should increase the popularization of health knowledge and health detection of the middle-aged and elderly residents.
