黄芪消渴方联合胰岛素治疗新诊断Ⅱ型糖尿病临床总结

【摘要】：目的:对新诊断II型糖尿病患者进行胰岛素联合黄芪消渴方治疗效果对比研究。方法:120例患者采用随机数字法分为两组,对照组60例患者采用单纯胰岛素治疗,观察者60例患者采用胰岛素联合黄芪消渴方治疗,比较两组患者的血糖水平与控制血糖的临床疗效情况。结果:观察组(胰岛素联合黄芪消渴方)患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖值以及糖化血红蛋白值均低于对照组(单纯使用胰岛素)患者水平,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。同时将治疗后与治疗前比较,两组患者体重指数变化无显著性差异,而空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白值治疗后均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组患者治疗1个周后的空腹血糖达标率与餐后2h血糖达标率以及糖化血红蛋白达标率均高于对照组患者,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组未出现低血糖事件,对照组有2例出现低血糖情况,经简单处理恢复,两组均未出现严重的不良事件。观察组的达标时间以及胰岛素的用量均低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:胰岛素联合黄芪消渴方对于新诊断2型糖尿病患者治疗依从性高,并且临床疗效好、安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the therapeutic effect of insulin combined with Huangqi Xiaoke recipe in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n = 60) was treated with insulin alone and the observer (n = 60) with insulin combined with Huangqi Xiaoke recipe. To compare the blood glucose level and the clinical effect of blood sugar control between the two groups. Results: the fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group (insulin combined with Huangqi Xiaoke recipe) were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). At the same time, compared with before treatment, there was no significant difference in body mass index between the two groups, but fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin decreased after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The rates of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 1 week of treatment. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). There were no hypoglycemic events in the observation group and two cases in the control group. The time of meeting the standard and the dosage of insulin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: insulin combined with Huangqi Xiaoke recipe has high compliance, good clinical efficacy and high safety for newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients.
