深圳市职业性苯接触工人血常规偏低结果分析
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the blood routine examination results of occupational benzene exposed workers in Shenzhen. Methods 27 952 workers exposed to benzene in Shenzhen were used as observation group and 2 933 workers who were not exposed to benzene and other toxic and harmful substances at work as control group. The results of white blood cell count, neutrophil (GRAN) count, platelet count, red blood cell count and hemoglobin level in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results the detection rate of low white blood cell count, platelet count, red blood cell count and hemoglobin level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). In the observation group, the detection rate of the above five indexes was lower than that of the control group (P0.01). The detection rate of white blood cell count, red blood cell count and hemoglobin level in female workers was lower than that in male workers (P0.01). The detection rate of white blood cell count was the highest in large enterprises (P0.008), the lowest in hemoglobin level (P0.008), the lowest in foreign enterprises (P0.005), and the lowest in rubber and plastic products industry and furniture manufacturing industry. The detection rate of low white blood cell count was the highest (P 0.005). Conclusion the health status of workers exposed to benzene in Shenzhen is not optimistic, so it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of the occupational diseases in the rubber, plastics and furniture enterprises involved in benzene.
