激素替代治疗中孕激素对血脂影响的研究进展

【摘要】：激素替代治疗(HRT)中孕激素对心血管系统疾病风险因素的影响越来越引起人们的关注,其中血脂异常作为心血管疾病的一个显著的危险因素是最常见的一个风险因素。围绝经期女性补充雌激素对血脂代谢成分是有利的,但雌激素中孕激素的添加对血脂代谢的影响却结果不一。目前关于HRT中不同孕激素对血脂代谢的研究较少。该文就HRT中不同孕激素对血脂代谢影响的研究进展予以综述。
[Abstract]:The effect of progesterone on cardiovascular disease risk factors in (HRT) has attracted more and more attention, among which dyslipidemia is the most common risk factor as a significant risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Estrogen supplementation was beneficial to lipid metabolism in menopausal women, but the effect of progesterone on lipid metabolism was different. At present, there are few studies on the metabolism of blood lipid by different progesterone in HRT. This article reviews the effects of different progesterone on lipid metabolism in HRT.
