毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿患者生存质量及其影响因素分析

【摘要】：目的了解毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿患者(Graves病)生存质量和影响因素,为Graves病患者的防治与治疗提供科学依据。方法选取Graves病患者107例作为病例组,同时选取同期107例健康体检者作为对照组,测评工具采用流行病学调查问卷、SF-36和临床检测仪器,收集到的数据资料采用SPSS13.0进行处理。结果单因素分析结果显示,Graves病患者生存质量各维度分值均显著低于正常对照组,尤其心理方面较为显著。多因素分析结果显示,Graves病患者生存质量的多项指标中,只有是否接受过甲状腺相关疾病的健康教育是影响患者生存质量的因素,健康教育对患者的一般心理健康MH(抑郁、焦虑症等)有正面影响。按性别分组后发现,是否初诊、婚姻状况和健康教育对女性Graves病患者的生存质量有影响;健康教育、病程和甲状腺肿大情况对男性Graves病患者的生存质量有影响。结论 Graves病病例组生存质量明显低于正常对照组;影响Graves病患者生存质量的因素有婚姻状况、病程、是否初诊、甲状腺肿情况和是否接受健康教育等有关;健康教育是防治甲状腺疾病的重要措施,医护人员在治疗Graves病患者时应加强患者的健康教育。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the quality of life (QOL) and influencing factors in patients with toxic diffuse goiter (Graves disease), and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of Graves disease. Methods 107 patients with Graves disease were selected as the case group and 107 healthy persons as the control group. The data collected were processed by SPSS13.0 with an epidemiological questionnaire (SF-36) and a clinical instrument. Results the results of univariate analysis showed that the scores of quality of life in patients with Graves' disease were significantly lower than those in normal controls, especially in psychological aspects. Health education is an important measure to prevent and cure thyroid diseases. Health education should be strengthened in the treatment of patients with Graves disease.
