中国MSM人群中HIV-1亚型与不同位点耐药突变发生频率的Meta分析
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the frequency of human acquired immunodeficiency virus type 1 (human immunodeficiency virus type 1) HIV-1) subtypes and different drug resistance loci in men who had sex with men in China. Methods the database of HIV-1 subtype and drug resistance gene mutation in Chinese MSM population were searched, and the literature was screened by systematic evaluation. The literature quality was evaluated by the quality evaluation item of (the agency for healthcare research and quality Agency of USA. The frequency of drug resistance mutation was calculated by Freeman-Tukey double inverse sinusoidal transform method. The subgroup analysis was carried out in different subtypes, and the publication bias was estimated by Begg's test. The statistical analysis was done by Stata 12.0 software. Results A total of 10 studies were carried out and 23 information on drug resistance mutation sites were obtained, including 5 subtypes (01AEO07BCC08BCCnBUFs). The frequency of mutation more than 5% was: 1 / A 71T / V / V / I 17.42% (8.20 / 29.17) V179DE 11.06% (6.240.00) Y181C / N11.95% (0.505.28) L10IV 7.06% (4.1410.65) K103N 5.67% (1.751.66) .M46IP / LT69Dr / 74IS and K103N/R only detected in 01AE subtype, the frequency of mutation in B subtype was higher than that in other subtypes. Conclusion the mutation frequency of 01AE subtype in MSM infected patients is higher than that of 01AE subtype B subtype related to drug resistance. The two subtypes and their mutations contribute greatly to the incidence of transmission resistance, so it is necessary to strengthen prevention and treatment.
