青岛市35~74岁居民代谢正常型肥胖特征及影响因素分析

【摘要】:目的了解青岛市35~74岁居民代谢正常型肥胖流行特征及影响因素。方法于2009-2011年利用多阶段分层整群抽样方法对青岛市35~74岁共5 095名居民进行现场问卷调查和体格检查,并采集血样进行实验室检测,利用腰围来定义肥胖,血压、血糖、血脂来定义代谢正常型肥胖,采用X~2检验、F检验等进行流行特征分析,logistic回归进行影响因素分析。结果共发现代谢正常型肥胖215人,占肥胖总人数的10.65%,与代谢异常型肥胖者相比,表现为在女性占比较高(P0.001)、年龄较小(P0.001)、工作较好且学历较高(P=0.003和0.013),吸烟饮酒率低(P0.001),BMI较小(P0.001);多因素logistic回归分析发现代谢正常型肥胖的影响因素有年龄、城乡、饮酒、工作、体质指数、平均动脉压、谷丙转氨酶水平、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯和血糖。结论代谢正常型肥胖具有其独有的特征,多种因素可影响代谢正常型肥胖的形成。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemic characteristics and influencing factors of normal metabolic obesity in 35 ~ 74 years old residents in Qingdao. Methods from 2009 to 2011, 5,095 residents aged 35 to 74 years old in Qingdao were investigated by multi-stage stratified cluster sampling, and blood samples were collected for laboratory examination. Obesity, blood pressure and blood glucose were defined by waist circumference. Normal metabolic obesity was defined by blood lipids, and logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors by using X2 test and F test. Results A total of 215 subjects (10.65%) were found to be obese with normal metabolism, compared with those with abnormal metabolism. The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that women had higher proportion (P0. 001), younger age (P0. 001), better work and higher education (P0. 003 and 0.013), lower smoking and drinking rate (P0. 001) and lower BMI (P0. 001). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of normal metabolic obesity were age, urban and rural areas, drinking and working. Body mass index, mean arterial pressure, alanine aminotransferase level, serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, and blood sugar. Conclusion Metabolic normal obesity has its unique characteristics, and many factors may influence the formation of metabolic normal obesity.
