母代肥胖对子代的影响及其机制的研究进展

【摘要】:超重和肥胖是影响现代人健康的一个重要因素。高脂高糖饮食和不健康的生活习惯是导致成人肥胖的主要原因,而近年来许多研究提示母代肥胖及相关的代谢紊乱也会影响其子代,提高子代罹患肥胖、糖尿病、哮喘,心血管等疾病的概率。本综述总结了这一过程发生的相关机制,包括一氧化碳(nitric oxide,NO)和前列腺素途径、高血糖症和胰岛素抵抗、活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROC)的产生、脂毒性以及瘦素对下丘脑摄食中枢的调节作用。
[Abstract]:Overweight and obesity are important factors affecting the health of modern people. A high-fat, high-sugar diet and unhealthy lifestyle are the main causes of adult obesity, and in recent years, many studies have shown that maternal obesity and related metabolic disorders can also affect their offspring, increasing the incidence of obesity, diabetes, asthma, The probability of cardiovascular disease. This review summarizes the mechanisms involved in this process, including carbon monoxide (nitric oxide,NO) and prostaglandin pathways, hyperglycemia and insulin resistance, reactive oxygen species (reactive oxygen species,ROC) production, lipotoxicity, and the regulation of leptin on hypothalamic feeding centers.
