严重钙质沉着症1例报告

【摘要】：正1病例资料患者女,40岁,因全身多处钙化灶15年、右髂部破溃1年,于2015年7月20日入我院。患者自诉1994年因发热,面部皮疹,双手冰凉,遇冷变白、变紫就诊,经中国医学科学院皮肤病医院诊断为"系统性红斑狼疮",给予泼尼松最大剂量60mg口服、1次/d治疗,之后症状好转,但仍有雷诺现象(Raynaud’s syndrom),泼尼松逐渐减量至15 mg。1997年出现关节痛,累及腕关节、踝关节,红细胞沉降率50mm/1h,尿蛋白(+),外院考虑"系统性红斑狼
[Abstract]:The patient, 40 years old, was admitted to our hospital on July 20, 2015 because of multiple calcification foci in her body for 15 years, and the right iliac region ruptured for 1 year. The patient reported in 1994 that he had a fever, facial rash, cold hands, not turning white as expected, and turned purple. He was diagnosed as "systemic lupus erythematosus" by the Dermatology Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. He was given prednisone with a maximum dose of 60mg for oral treatment once a day. Then the symptoms improved, but there was still Renault phenomenon, (Raynaud's syndrom), prednisone gradually reduced to 15 mg.1997 of joint pain, involving the wrist, ankle, erythrocyte sedimentation rate of 50 mm / 1 h, urinary protein (), external hospital considered "systemic erythema wolf"
