糖尿病合并去势大鼠骨微结构退化的研究
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of bone microstructure in diabetic castrated rats. Methods Forty 6-month-old female rats were randomly divided into control group, sham operation group, castration group, diabetes mellitus group and diabetic combined castration group. Bone mineral density (BMD) and bone microstructure were measured by Micro-CT after 6 weeks and 15 weeks. The changes of collagen deposition were observed by Van Gieson staining. The changes of trabecular thickness (Tb.Th) and trabecular spacing (Tb.Sp) of femoral head in rats were analyzed by HE staining. Results compared with the control group, bone 尾 -collagen degradation products and Tb.Sp were significantly increased, bone mineral density (BMD) and Tb.Th were significantly decreased in ovariectomized groups at 6 and 15 weeks. In castration group, collagen fibers decreased significantly at 15 weeks (P0.05). In the diabetic group, 尾 -collagen degradation product level, collagen fiber and Tb.SP increased significantly, bone mineral density, collagen fiber and Tb.Th decreased significantly in the diabetic group at 15 weeks, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The levels of 尾 -collagen degradation products, collagen fibers and Tb.Sp, bone mineral density (BMD) and Tb.Th decreased significantly in castrated diabetic group at 6 and 15 weeks (P0.05). Conclusion Osteoporosis is the main cause of Ovariectomization in the early stage of diabetes mellitus, and osteoporosis is aggravated in the later stage by the slow osteolysis of diabetes mellitus.
