成年男性高红症对HbALc的影响研究

【摘要】:目的:相对低海拔及平原地区,高原地区由于氧分压低,Hb水平相对较高,通过比较不同Hb水平下,高原地区居民HbA1c及其影响因素,分析高红症对HbA1c的影响,为高原地区HbA1c的切点提供参考依据。方法:本研究收集2013年10月至2015年12月期间在青海大学附属医院就诊的172例非糖尿病成年男性资料,年龄在20-75岁之间,均为世居或移居(≥3月)的成年汉族男性,居住海拔范围2700-3000m。以Hb水平不同分为三组,正常Hb组56例、高Hb组61例、高红组55例,比较三个组的HbA1c值,分析高红症对HbA1c的影响。结果:1、不同Hb组一般临床资料比较,对于年龄、RBC、HCT水平,三组比较均有显著差异(P0.001);对于BMI、FBG、HbA1c,三组比较均无统计学差异(P0.05)。2、高原地区成年男性HbA1c的主要影响因素是FBG,经线性相关分析,HbA1c与FBG呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(p0.05);3、正常Hb组HbA1c的影响因素是年龄、Hb、FBG,经线性相关分析,HbA1c与Hb负相关,差异有统计学意义(p0.05)。4、高Hb组HbA1c的影响因素是年龄,高红组HbA1c的影响因素是FBG,差异均有统计学意义(p0.05)。结论:1、本研究显示成年男性HbA1c的影响因素除FBG、年龄外,还受Hb水平影响,当120g/L≤Hb160g/L时,HbA1c随Hb水平升高有下降趋势,当Hb≥160g/L时,Hb对HbA1c无影响。2、本研究显示成年男性高红症对HbA1c无影响。
