MDSC在自身免疫疾病中的作用

【摘要】:髓系抑制细胞(Myeloid-derived suppressor cells,MDSC)是具有抑制功能的髓系来源的细胞群。在自身免疫疾病中,MDSC显著增多,并在体外有抑制功能,然而在体内研究中,MDSC的研究存在争议。最新研究发现具有抑制功能的MDSC的显著增多并不能有效缓解自身免疫疾病,而且在某些情况下甚至促进疾病的进展。因此,MDSC在自身免疫疾病的作用有待进一步研究。本文根据已有文献,综述了MDSC在不同的自身免疫疾病中的改变及机制。
[Abstract]:Myeloid inhibitory cells (Myeloid-derived suppressor cells,MDSC) are a group of myeloid cells with inhibitory function. MDSC is significantly increased in autoimmune diseases and has inhibitory function in vitro. However, the study of MDSC in vivo is controversial. Recent studies have found that a significant increase in inhibitory MDSC can not effectively alleviate autoimmune diseases, and in some cases even promote the progression of the disease. Therefore, the role of MDSC in autoimmune diseases needs further study. This paper reviews the changes and mechanisms of MDSC in different autoimmune diseases.
