甲亢患者血清尿酸水平与发生房颤的相关性分析
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between serum uric acid level and atrial fibrillation in patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods the clinical data of 227 patients with hyperthyroidism from October 2013 to October 2015 were collected retrospectively. The patients were divided into hyperthyroidism with atrial fibrillation group (nnn49) and hyperthyroidism without atrial fibrillation group (nf178). Atrial fibrillation caused by diseases other than hyperthyroidism and other factors that could cause changes in uric acid level were excluded. The results of general data, laboratory examination and echocardiography were recorded, and the relationship between these data and atrial fibrillation was analyzed by univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results the age, course of hyperthyroidism, urea nitrogen, creatinine, uric acid, globulin, left atrial anteroposterior diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter in hyperthyroidism with atrial fibrillation group were higher than those in hyperthyroidism without atrial fibrillation group (P0.05). The glomerular filtration rate and total cholesterol in hyperthyroidism with atrial fibrillation group were higher than those in hyperthyroidism without atrial fibrillation group. High density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, albumin and left ventricular ejection fraction were lower than hyperthyroidism without atrial fibrillation group (P0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age (^ OR:1.097,95%CI:1.036,1.160), uric acid (OR:1.009,95%CI:1.002,1.016), left atrial anteroposterior diameter (OR:1.294,95%CI:1.134,1.476) and left ventricular ejection fraction (OR:0.902,95%CI:0.814,1.000) were independent correlation factors of atrial fibrillation in hyperthyroidism patients. Conclusion uric acid level is a risk factor for atrial fibrillation in patients with hyperthyroidism. Age, anterior and posterior diameter of left atrium and ejection fraction of left ventricle are also associated with atrial fibrillation in patients with hyperthyroidism.
