面向糖尿病患者的健康信息服务模式构建与策略分析

【摘要】：文章首先从自我学习需求、健康信息咨询需求、情感支持需求、技术进步推动等4个方面对糖尿病患者的健康信息需求进行分析。然后,从满足糖尿病患者信息需求的角度出发,对健康信息服务的服务提供方、用户、服务内容和服务渠道4个要素进行阐述。在此基础上,构建面向糖尿病患者的健康信息服务模式。最后,提出利用传统媒介开展健康教育和健康指导、开展网络推送服务、构建面向患者的交互式信息服务平台、服务效果跟踪与评估机制建设等服务策略。
[Abstract]:This paper first analyzes the health information needs of diabetic patients from the following four aspects: self-learning needs, health information consultation needs, emotional support needs, and technological advances. Then, from the point of view of meeting the information needs of diabetic patients, this paper expounds four factors of health information service: service provider, user, service content and service channel. On this basis, the model of health information service for diabetic patients was constructed. Finally, the paper puts forward some service strategies such as health education and health guidance through traditional media, network push service, interactive information service platform for patients, service effect tracking and evaluation mechanism.
