青岛市开发区居民血脂调查分析

【摘要】：目的了解青岛市开发区居民血脂情况,分析其与心脑血管疾病的相关性,指导沿海城市居民的饮食及生活习惯。方法采用整群随机抽样方法 ,收集2014年1~6月来本院心内科门诊就诊的患者和陪人共1606例,按是否患有冠心病、高血压、糖尿病、脑卒中分为正常人群组和异常人群组;按年龄分为35~50岁、50岁组;按性别分为男女两组。所有调查对象均进行血脂测定,根据《中国成人血脂异常防治指南(2007年)》对血脂情况进行判断,并比较各组别之间的差异,总结其相关规律性。结果被调查人群总胆固醇(TC)为(4.82±1.01)mmol/L,三酰甘油(TG)为(1.56±0.77)mmol/L,低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)为(2.75±0.95)mmol/L,高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)为(1.37±0.41)mmol/L。血脂异常率为66.6%。异常人群组的血脂指标值明显高于正常人群组的血脂指标值,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。TC、TG和LDL-C随年龄增长而增高,≤50岁男性明显高于女性,50岁则男性有年轻化趋势甚至低于女性。男性HDL-C水平始终低于女性,女性HDL-C水平基本稳定不变。结论沿海城市居民具有较高的血脂异常患病率,且血脂代谢水平与多种因素相关,其中与各种心脑血管疾病最为密切。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between blood lipid and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and guide the diet and living habits of residents in Qingdao Development Zone. Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to collect 1606 patients and companions from January to June 2014 in our hospital. The patients were divided into normal group and abnormal group according to whether they had coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes and stroke. They were divided into 35 ~ 50 years old group and 50 years old group according to age, and divided into two groups according to gender. All subjects were tested for blood lipids, according to the guidelines for the Prevention and treatment of Adult dyslipidemia in China (2007), the status of blood lipids was judged, and the differences among different groups were compared, and the relevant rules were summarized. Results Total cholesterol (TC) was (4.82 卤1.01) mmol/L, triglyceride (TG) was (1.56 卤0.77) mmol/L, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) was (2.75 卤0.95) mmol/L, high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was (1.37 卤0.41) mmol/L..
