干燥综合征疲乏症状研究进展

【摘要】：正干燥综合征(sj9gren′s syndrome,SS),又名舍格伦综合征,是一种主要侵犯泪腺、唾液腺等外分泌腺的慢性系统性自身免疫性疾病。该病最常见的临床表现为进行性口干、眼干,腮腺肿大,猖獗齿等。此外,SS还会伴随一些非特异性症状,如疲乏、疼痛不适等[1]。疲乏是SS患者常见的主诉之一,也是最为普遍的腺体外症状之一[2]。2011年欧洲抗风湿病联盟(EULAR)已将疲乏纳入患者主观症状的疾病活动度指标[3],
[Abstract]:Positive Sjogren syndrome (sj9gren's syndrome,SS) is a chronic systemic autoimmune disease that mainly invades exocrine glands such as lacrimal glands and salivary glands. The most common clinical manifestations of the disease are progressive dry mouth, dry eye, enlarged parotid gland, rampant teeth and so on. In addition, SS can be accompanied by non-specific symptoms such as fatigue, pain and discomfort [1]. Fatigue is one of the most common complaints in patients with SS and one of the most common extraglandular symptoms [2]. The European Union against Rheumatology (EULAR) has included fatigue in the disease activity index of patients' subjective symptoms [3] in 2011.
