新型体脂指数脂质蓄积指数和内脏脂肪指数的相关研究进展

【摘要】：脂质蓄积指数(LAP)和内脏脂肪指数(VAI)是学者在WC、BMI及血脂指标的基础上提出的两个新型体脂指数,并发现它们与心血管疾病、MS、糖尿病、多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)、非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)等疾病相关,但对于其能否取代传统体脂指标来预测疾病的发生发展仍存在分歧。本文通过总结LAP和VAI自提出以来的相关研究,旨在为进一步研究其在临床相关疾病的预测和诊疗上的作用提供新思路。
[Abstract]:Lipid accumulation index (LAP) and visceral fat index (VAI) are two new body fat indexes proposed by scholars on the basis of WC,BMI and lipid index, and they are associated with cardiovascular disease, MS, diabetes mellitus. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS),) is associated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), but there are still differences on whether it can replace the traditional body fat index to predict the occurrence and development of the disease. The purpose of this paper is to provide a new idea for further study on the prediction and diagnosis and treatment of clinically-related diseases by summarizing the relevant studies of LAP and VAI since they were put forward.
