优甲乐结合温阳益气活血法及中医辅助治疗原发性甲状腺功能减退症的临床价值研讨

【摘要】：目的:探究优甲乐结合温阳益气活血法及中医辅助治疗原发性甲状腺功能减退症的临床价值。方法:选取医院2013年5月—2016年5月收治的182例原发性甲状腺功能减退症患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(91例)和对照组(91例),对照组所有患者均予以优甲乐治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上采取温阳益气活血法及中医辅助治疗,对比两组疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分及患者血液流变学指标、治疗后两组患者甲状腺激素水平、血脂测定情况及血清甲状腺相关抗体情况、不良反应及治疗满意度。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率高达100.00%,显著高于对照组92.31%,P0.05;两组治疗前中医证候积分相当,P0.05;治疗后观察组积分为(6.32±3.26)分,显著优于对照组积分(9.56±4.26)分,P0.05;观察组患者治疗后甲状腺激素水平、血脂测定情况及血清甲状腺相关抗体情况均优于对照组,P0.05;治疗后两组患者全血黏度与血浆黏度均降低,P0.05,两组患者全血黏度与血浆黏度无差异,P0.05;两组观察组总不良反应率为1.10%,与对照组相当2.20%,P0.05,治疗满意率为98.90%,显著高于对对照组90.11%,P0.05。结论:优甲乐结合温阳益气活血法及中医辅助治疗原发性甲状腺功能减退症具有极高临床价值,治疗效果佳,患者甲状腺功能恢复好,不良反应少,安全性高,患者高度认可,可于临床广泛应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical value of treating primary hypothyroidism with the combination of Youjia Le, warming Yang and invigorating Qi and activating Blood Circulation. Methods: 182 patients with primary hypothyroidism from May 2013 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n = 91) and control group (n = 91). All the patients in the control group were treated with Youjia Le, and the patients in the observation group were treated with warming yang, supplementing qi and activating blood circulation method and Chinese medicine adjuvant therapy on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The curative effects of the two groups were compared, the TCM syndromes integral before and after treatment and the hemorheology index of patients were compared. After treatment, the levels of thyroid hormone, the determination of blood lipid and serum thyroid-related antibodies, adverse reactions and treatment satisfaction were observed in the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was as high as 100.00g, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (92.31) and P0.05.The scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups before treatment were similar (P0.05). After treatment, the score of the observation group was (6.32 卤3.26), which was significantly better than that of the control group (9.56 卤4.26), P 0.05; The levels of thyroid hormone, serum lipids and serum thyroid-related antibodies in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the two groups decreased, P0.05. there was no difference between the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the two groups (P0.05). The total adverse reaction rate of the two groups was 1.10, which was equivalent to the control group (2.20g / P0.05). The therapeutic satisfaction rate was 98.90, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (90.11g / P0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of primary hypothyroidism with the combination of warming yang, replenishing qi and activating blood circulation and Chinese medicine has high clinical value, good therapeutic effect, good recovery of thyroid function, less adverse reactions, high safety, and high recognition by patients with primary hypothyroidism. It can be widely used in clinic.
