秀丽隐杆线虫在降脂类生物活性物质功能评价中的应用研究进展

【摘要】:脂肪的过度沉积会引发高脂血症、心脑血管疾病和糖尿病等慢性疾病。秀丽隐杆线虫构造简单、身体透明、便于观察、发育周期短、易于人工培养且信号通路高度保守,从而使得秀丽隐杆线虫进行脂肪调控的研究成为了可能。本文介绍秀丽隐杆线虫作为研究脂肪代谢模式生物的优势,综述了近些年研究验证的具有降脂功能的生物活性物质,总结秀丽隐杆线虫体内的脂代谢以及在脂代谢方面的应用研究,为研究降脂减肥药物以及对人体肥胖等代谢障碍疾病研究提供重要依据。
[Abstract]:Excessive fat deposition can lead to hyperlipidemia, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and diabetes and other chronic diseases. Because of its simple structure, transparent body, easy observation, short developmental period, easy to be cultured artificially and highly conserved signal pathway, it is possible to study the fat regulation of C. elegans. This paper introduces the advantages of nematode elegans as a model organism for fat metabolism, and summarizes the bioactive substances with lipid-lowering function, which have been verified in recent years. This paper summarizes the lipid metabolism and its application in the body of Stereus elegans, which provides important basis for the study of lipid-lowering drugs and metabolic disorders such as obesity.
