乌鲁木齐天山区维吾尔族居民糖尿病患病率调查

【摘要】：目的:分析新疆乌鲁木齐市天山区维吾尔族居民糖尿病及糖尿病前期的流行病学特点及影响因素。方法:采用整群随机抽样方法,于2015年8月至12月抽取乌鲁木齐市天山区二道桥片区(包括跃进街社区、双庆巷社区、二道桥社区、新市路南社区、福寿巷社区、固原巷社区、油库巷社区)常住维吾尔族居民1317人为调查对象,其中男性597人,女性720人。调查对象年龄均为18岁及18岁以上。对该人群进行问卷调查、体格检查及实验室检查等,计算受试人群中糖尿病及糖尿病前期患病率,分析糖代谢异常的相关危险因素。结果:糖尿病和糖尿病前期的患病率分别为9.8%、21.0%,其中男性分别为11.2%、19.1%;女性分别为8.6%、22.5%。不同性别糖尿病及糖尿病前期患病率差异无统计学意义(X~2=2.520、2.284,均P0.05)。男性、女性、总糖尿病及糖尿病前期患病率均随年龄增长而增加(均P0.05)。多因素非条件Logistic回归分析结果提示:增龄、糖尿病家族史、肥胖、高血压可能为发生糖代谢异常的危险因素(OR=1.041、1.587、1.304、1.545,均P0.05);高文化程度可能为发生糖代谢异常的保护因素(OR=0.813,P0.05)。结论:新疆乌鲁木齐市天山区维吾尔族居民糖尿病及糖尿病前期患病率均较高,须制定针对维吾尔族更加有效的干预措施,以提高居民生活质量及健康水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the epidemiological characteristics and influencing factors of diabetes mellitus and prediabetes in Uygur people in Tianshan District of Urumqi, Xinjiang. Methods: from August to December 2015, a cluster random sampling method was used to select the Erdaoqiao area in Tianshan District of Urumqi (including Yuejin Street Community, Shuangqing Xiang Community, Erdaqiao Community, Lunan Community in Xinshi City, Fushou Xiang Community, Guyuan Lane Community). 1317 Uygur residents were investigated, including 597 males and 720 females. All subjects were 18 years old and over 18 years old. Questionnaire survey, physical examination and laboratory examination were carried out to calculate the prevalence of diabetes mellitus and pre-diabetes mellitus, and to analyze the risk factors of abnormal glucose metabolism. Results: the prevalence rates of diabetes mellitus and prediabetes were 9.8 and 21.0, respectively, among which the male was 11.2and 19.1am, and the female was 8.60.22. There was no significant difference in the prevalence of diabetes mellitus and prediabetes between different genders (X2. 2. 520, 2. 284, P 0. 05). Male, female, total diabetes and prediabetes prevalence increased with age (P0.05). Multivariate conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that age, family history of diabetes, obesity and hypertension may be the risk factors of abnormal glucose metabolism (OR=1.041,1.587,1.304,1.545, all P 0.05). High education level may be the protective factor of abnormal glucose metabolism (OR=0.813,P0.05). Conclusion: the prevalence of diabetes and prediabetes is higher in Uygur people in Tianshan District of Urumqi, Xinjiang. It is necessary to formulate more effective intervention measures to improve the quality of life and health level of Uygur residents.
