女性原发性骨质疏松患者血管内皮生长因子与骨代谢指标的相关性

【摘要】：目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与骨代谢相关指标在女性原发性骨质疏松患者中的相关性。方法选择老年女性原发性骨质疏松患者60例(骨质疏松组)和健康志愿者60例(健康对照组)。对比观察两组VEGF和骨代谢相关指标女包括骨碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)5b、转化生长因子(TGF)-β1、骨钙素(OC)和Ⅰ型胶原羧基末端肽(CTXⅠ)。结果与健康对照组比较,骨质疏松组患者VEGF、ALP、TGF-β1、OC显著降低(均P=0.000);TAP5b、CTX-Ⅰ显著增高(P=0.000)。VEGF与TRAP5b、TGF-β1、OC和CTX-Ⅰ等均显著相关(r值分别为-0.251、0.548、0.475和-0.429,P值分别为0.006、0.000和0.000和0.000)。结论 VEGF与骨代谢相关指标明显相关,是女性原发性骨质疏松患者发病过程中的影响因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and bone metabolism in female patients with primary osteoporosis.
