感染性因素参与原发性干燥综合征和原发性胆汁性胆管炎发病机制的再认识

【摘要】：原发性干燥综合征(pSS)和原发性胆汁性胆管炎(PBC)具有许多相似的特征,常于同一患者中共存。近年来,环境及感染性因素在自身免疫性疾病发病机制中的重要作用得到越发深入的认识。EB病毒、巨细胞病毒、大肠埃希菌、幽门螺旋杆菌等感染性因素可能通过激活干扰素(IFN)途径和分子模拟途径参与pSS和PBC的发病和对疾病进程的影响,通过抑制病毒基因及相关抗原在机体内的表达可能为治疗提供新的策略。
[Abstract]:Primary Sjogren's syndrome (pSS) and primary cholangitis (PBC) have many similar characteristics and often coexist in the same patient. In recent years, the important role of environmental and infectious factors in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases has been increasingly recognized. EB virus, cytomegalovirus, Escherichia coli, Infection factors such as Helicobacter pylori may be involved in the pathogenesis and progression of pSS and PBC by activating interferon (IFN) pathway and molecular mimic pathway. Inhibition of the expression of virus genes and associated antigens in the body may provide a new strategy for treatment.
