血清超敏C-反应蛋白和降钙素原与D-二聚体及纤维蛋白原在糖尿病足感染患者中的变化分析
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), procalcitonin (PCT), D-dimer and fibrinogen in patients with diabetic foot infection. Early prevention provides reference. Methods 159 cases of diabetic foot were selected from May 2014 to May 2016, including 71 cases of uninfected patients and 88 cases of infected patients, including 34 cases of mild infection, 33 cases of moderate infection and 21 cases of severe infection. The levels of hs-CRP, PCT, fibrinogen and D-dimer were detected by immunoturbidimetric assay, enzyme linked fluorescence assay and automatic hemagglutination analyzer respectively, and the difference of hs-CRP,PCT, fibrinogen and D-dimer levels were compared. Results there were significant differences in hs-CRP,PCT, fibrinogen and D-dimer levels between diabetic foot patients with different infection degree (P0.05). The levels of hs-CRP,PCT, fibrinogen and D-dimer in mild infection group, moderate infection group and severe infection group were significantly higher than those in non-infected group, and the level of hs-CRP,PCT, fibrinogen and D-dimer increased with the severity of infection. The levels of hs-CRP,PCT, fibrinogen and D-dimer in ineffective patients were significantly higher than those in cured patients (P0.05). By Pearson test, there was no correlation between hs-CRP,PCT, fibrinogen and D-dimer levels and sex, age and course of diabetes in 159 patients with diabetic foot. There was a significant correlation between serum inflammatory index hs-CRP,PCT and fibrinogen and D-dimer (P0.05). Conclusion inflammation and fibrinolysis play an important role in the development of diabetic foot infection. Hs-CRP,PCT, fibrinogen and D-dimer can be used to reflect the degree and treatment of diabetic foot infection.
