肠道菌群变化对中暑肠黏膜屏障的影响

【摘要】:中暑使肠黏膜屏障功能受损,导致细菌及内毒素血症并引起续贯性器官损伤。因此,保护肠道屏障功能可作为防治中暑的中心环节。肠道菌群对肠道机械屏障、微生物屏障和免疫屏障都有重要影响,菌群变化造成肠道屏障破坏,肠源性细菌和内毒素进入循环增加,产生炎症因子,成为中暑发生的重要诱因,也是中暑病程进展的重要因素。补充益生菌可以改善屏障功能,减轻内毒素血症及炎症因子水平。因此,从肠道菌群影响的相关环节寻找"靶点",发现与中暑相关性高的益生菌,针对性地进行补充和干预,以对抗肠黏膜屏障破坏,可能成为将来中暑治疗和预防的有效策略。
[Abstract]:Heat stroke impairs the intestinal mucosal barrier, leads to bacterial and endotoxemia, and causes persistent organ damage. Therefore, the protection of intestinal barrier function can be taken as a central link in the prevention and treatment of heat stroke. Intestinal flora has an important effect on the intestinal mechanical barrier, microbial barrier and immune barrier. The change of flora results in the destruction of intestinal barrier, the increase of enterogenic bacteria and endotoxin in circulation, and the production of inflammatory factors, which are the important inducements for the occurrence of heatstroke. It is also an important factor in the progression of heatstroke. Supplementation of probiotics can improve barrier function and reduce endotoxemia and inflammatory factors. Therefore, we should look for the "target" from the related links of intestinal flora, find probiotics with high correlation with heatstroke, and carry out targeted supplementation and intervention in order to resist the destruction of intestinal mucosal barrier. It may be an effective strategy for the treatment and prevention of heatstroke in the future.
