促红细胞生成素与糖尿病性视网膜病变相关性研究

【摘要】：糖尿病性视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)作为糖尿病最常见的并发症,为发达国家劳动年龄人口中首要的致盲性眼部疾病之一。诸多研究证实,视网膜多种细胞上均可发现促红细胞生成素(erythropoietin,EPO)及其受体的表达。促红细胞生成素对早期DR的保护作用可能使早期成为治疗DR的契机。而对于视网膜血管增生性疾病,EPO对神经元损伤的保护作用,可能会被其可促进血管新生的风险而抵消。此外全身、长期、大剂量使用EPO会带来一些副作用。本文讨论促红细胞生成素与DR的相关性,研究现状以及应用前景。
[Abstract]:Diabetic retinopathy (diabetic retinopathy,DR), as one of the most common complications of diabetes, is one of the leading blindness-causing eye diseases in the working-age population in developed countries. Many studies have confirmed the expression of erythropoietin (erythropoietin,EPO) and its receptor in many retinal cells. The protective effect of erythropoietin on early DR may make the early treatment of DR an opportunity. For retinal angioproliferative diseases, the protective effect of EPO on neuronal damage may be offset by the risk that it can promote angiogenesis. In addition, systemic, long-term, large doses of EPO can bring some side effects. In this paper, the relationship between erythropoietin and DR was discussed, and the research status and application prospect were also discussed.
