老年女性骨质疏松与高血压的相关性

【摘要】：目的探讨老年女性骨质疏松(OP)与高血压的关系。方法老年病科门诊及住院患者126例分为高血压组和对照组,采集年龄、性别、既往史、月经生育史等一般资料,采用双能X线骨密度仪检测腰椎(L1~L4)、股骨颈、华氏三角及大粗隆的骨密度(BMD)值,同时检测血钙、1,25(OH)2D3水平。结果高血压组BMD均显著低于对照组(P0.05),且高血压组血清钙、1,25(OH)2D3较对照组显著降低(P0.05)。结论老年女性OP与高血压具有相关性,可能与钙磷代谢异常有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between osteoporosis (OP) and hypertension in elderly women. Methods 126 outpatients and inpatients in geriatrics department were divided into hypertension group and control group. The data of age, sex, past history, menstrual history and so on were collected. The lumbar vertebrae (L1~L4) and femoral neck were measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry. Bone mineral density (BMD) was measured in the Fahrenheit triangle and trochanter, and serum calcium, 1, 25 (OH) 2D3 levels were measured at the same time. Results BMD in hypertension group was significantly lower than that in control group (P0.05), and serum calcium, 1,25 (OH) 2D3 in hypertension group were significantly lower than those in control group (P0.05). Conclusion there is a correlation between OP and hypertension in elderly women, which may be related to abnormal metabolism of calcium and phosphorus.
