DNA甲基化导致多囊卵巢综合征发生机制的研究进展

【摘要】:多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期妇女中常见的生殖内分泌疾病,具有高度异质性。PCOS的病因包括遗传与环境因素。越来越多的研究表明,表观遗传学尤其是DNA甲基化作为连接环境和遗传的纽带,与PCOS发病相关。DNA甲基化是指DNA序列没有发生改变,但基因表达却发生了通过细胞有丝分裂或减数分裂可遗传的变化,并最终导致基因表型的改变。本文综述了PCOS中的DNA甲基化改变及其在PCOS发病中的机制研究。
[Abstract]:Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common reproductive endocrine disease in women of childbearing age and is highly heterogeneous. The etiology of PCOS includes genetic and environmental factors. More and more studies have shown that epigenetics, especially DNA methylation, is associated with the pathogenesis of PCOS as a link between the environment and heredity. DNA methylation means that there is no change in the DNA sequence. However, gene expression can be inherited through cell mitosis or meiosis, and eventually leads to gene phenotypic changes. This article reviews the changes of DNA methylation in PCOS and its mechanism in the pathogenesis of PCOS.
