【摘要】：正糖尿病(DM)发病率在世界范围内上升,已成为继心血管疾病及肿瘤后的第3大非传染性疾病。本文就自体干细胞(SC)移植治疗糖尿病足(DF)的研究进展做一综述。1 DF的概念和常规治疗DF〔1〕作为DM致死、致残率较高的严重并发症之一,是由于血管发生硬化、狭窄、阻塞等病变导致肢体末端缺血,同时伴有周围神经病变,使患者出现感觉功能障碍且易并发细菌感染,常以静息痛和足部溃疡为主要表现。DM所致的下肢血管
[Abstract]:The incidence of positive diabetes mellitus (DM) has increased worldwide and has become the third largest non-communicable disease after cardiovascular diseases and tumors. This article reviews the research progress of autologous stem cell (SC) transplantation in the treatment of diabetic foot (DF). 1 the concept of DF and routine treatment of DF (1), as one of the serious complications of death and high disability rate of DM, are due to vascular sclerosis. Stenosis, obstruction and other lesions lead to limb end ischemia, accompanied by peripheral neuropathy, resulting in sensory dysfunction and bacterial infection, often with resting pain and foot ulcers as the main manifestation.
