中老年人群骨密度与血钙、血磷、骨转换指标的关系

【摘要】：目的探讨济南市366例社区中老年人群骨密度(BMD)与相关血生化指标的关系。方法采用超声骨密度仪,检测受试者桡骨远端BMD,根据BMD值将研究对象分为正常组和骨质疏松(OP)组,抽取患者清晨空腹静脉血,检测血清甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血钙和血磷,对BMD值与各项血生化指标进行相关性分析,比较正常组和OP组血生化指标的差异。结果中老年人BMD缓慢下降,OP发生率逐渐升高;60岁以后男、女BMD值下降明显,60~69岁、70~80岁年龄组女性OP检出率明显高于男性(P0.01)。OP组和正常组的ALP、血磷水平差异显著(P0.05)。BMD T值与ALP、血磷呈负相关,调整身高、体重、年龄之后,这些指标与BMD值的偏相关系数仍然有显著意义,其中OP组BMD和ALP以及正常组BMD和血磷的负相关程度较好(P0.05,P0.01)。结论 ALP是BMD减少的重要预测因子,其增加与OP患病风险有关,检测骨代谢相关指标有助于早期防治OP。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between bone mineral density (BMD) and related blood biochemical indexes in 366 middle-aged and elderly people in Jinan. Methods the distal radius BMD, was measured by ultrasonic bone densitometer. The subjects were divided into normal group and osteoporotic (OP) group according to the value of BMD. fasting venous blood was taken in the morning and serum parathyroid hormone (PTH), was detected. The correlation between serum calcium and phosphorus of alkaline phosphatase (ALP), and various blood biochemical indexes was analyzed, and the difference of blood biochemical indexes between normal group and OP group was compared. Results BMD decreased slowly and the incidence of OP increased gradually in the middle-aged and the elderly.
