【摘要】：正病例简介:患者王某,女,68岁,主因"多关节肿痛4年,双足麻木6月"入院。4年前出现周身多关节肿痛,以双手小关节为著,晨僵约半小时,伴双侧膝关节肿胀,查类风湿因子686 U/ml(0~20),抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体250 U/ml,抗核抗体1∶1 000,ENA系列阴性,C反应蛋白16.9 mg/L(0~8),诊断为类风湿关节炎,先后予甲氨蝶呤10 mg qw联合来氟米特20 mg qd,来氟米特20 mg qd联合雷公藤20 mg tid后加用柳氮磺吡啶0.5 g bid,并间断输入云克治
