【摘要】：正当前,大数据在基础医学、临床医学、公共卫生等领域的应用开展得如火如荼,其可以为生物学、临床医学、流行病学等领域提供强有效的工具。大数据的应用可以更准确地分析疾病或表型在不同人群中的患病率及发病趋势,探讨危险因素与疾病间的关系,使得数据驱动临床决策成为可能,是实现传统医学模式向"精准医学"转变的必要前提和核心动力。同时,大数据的应用还有助于宏观规律的得出,可以为医疗卫生政策
[Abstract]:In the past, the application of big data in the fields of basic medicine, clinical medicine, public health has been developed, which can provide highly effective tools for biology, clinical medicine, epidemiology, etc. The application of big data can more accurately analyze the prevalence and pathogenesis of disease or phenotype in different population, explore the relationship between risk factors and disease, make it possible to make data driven clinical decision, which is the necessary prerequisite and core power to realize the transformation of traditional medical mode to``precision medicine'' . At the same time, the application of big data is helpful to the macroscopic law, can be medical health policy.
