  1.1.目的评估单源双能CT平扫鉴别肾上腺囊肿和低密度腺瘤的诊断意义。1.2.材料和方法回顾性收集2011年8月至2015年7月使用GE Discovery 750 HD扫描仪器(Gemstone Spectral Imaging(GSI),GE healthcare,Milwaukee,WI)行肾上腺单源双能CT平扫,CT诊断为低密度肾上腺结节并经病理证实为肾上腺囊肿或肾上腺腺瘤的患者58例,平均年龄(52.14±10.5)岁,范围为24-74岁。本研究包括18例肾上腺囊肿(男8例,女10例)和40例低密度肾上腺腺瘤(男15例,女25例)。单源双能CT生成虚拟单能量能谱(Virtual monochromatic spectral,VMS)和基物质分解(Material decomposition,MD)图像,从VMS图像中可获得40-140ke V单能量CT值和有效原子序数,从MD图像中可获得脂基值和水基值。在肾上腺囊肿和低密度腺瘤的最大层面测量,相隔10天分别测量两次(即ROI1和ROI2),每个ROI为病灶面积的2/3并且避开坏死或出血。利用虚拟单能量各Ke V对应的CT值计算...
