狒狒综合征1例

【摘要】：正1 病历摘要患者女,18岁。因颈部、腋下、腹股沟及乆窝红斑、丘疹、脓疱伴发热、肿胀3 d入院治疗。患者于入院前3 d因打碎温度计,液态汞流出,经简单清扫后仍居住于污染房间,12 h后右下肢屈侧出现水肿性红斑,境界较清楚,后皮疹逐渐增多,发展至颈部、躯干及下肢褶皱处,以颈部、腹股沟及乆窝处为重,右下肢乆窝处肿胀明显,其上可见密集针尖大脓疱,伴发热,体温最高38.2℃,饮食可,睡眠、二便正常。
[Abstract]:The 1 case history of the patient is 18 years old. For the neck, armpits, groin and fossa erythema, papules and pustules of people with fever, swelling of 3 D hospitalization.
