【摘要】：患者男,65岁。周身斑块伴瘙痒6年,糜烂渗出2年。皮肤科情况:面颈部、躯干上部、四肢、腋窝、腹股沟、肛周可见大小不等的红色斑块,斑块表面糜烂渗出,局部可见结痂。皮损组织病理示:表皮增生,轻度水肿,部分表皮糜烂,真皮团块状淋巴细胞浸润,少量嗜酸性粒细胞,部分淋巴细胞侵入表皮。免疫组化示:CD3(+),CD4散在(+),CD8(+),CD20(-),CD30(-),CD79a(-),Ki-67(30%~40%+)。诊断:蕈样肉芽肿(ⅡA期)。
[Abstract]:The patient was 65 years old. His body had plaques with itching for 6 years, erosion and exudation for 2 years. Dermatology: face and neck, upper torso, limbs, armpit, groin, perianal red plaques. Epidermis hyperplasia, mild edema, partial epidermal erosion, dermis mass lymphocyte infiltration and a small amount of eosinophils were observed in the lesions. Some lymphocytes infiltrated the epidermis. Immunohistochemical staining showed that CD 3 was scattered in CD8. Ki-67 ~ 30%. Diagnosis: mycosis fungoides (stage 鈪，
