【摘要】：患者女,56岁。右前臂伸侧皮疹伴红肿、疼痛10d。皮疹位于右前臂伸侧中部,初为红斑基础上的脓疱疹,逐渐增大伴脓液、中央结痂,抗生素治疗无效。5d后,右前臂近肘部再发一枚类似皮疹。两枚皮疹均有压痛,皮温升高。皮损活检后经组织病理检查诊断为:高分化鳞癌,予手术切除。本病例提示,对于难以治愈的皮肤感染,需考虑皮肤肿瘤的可能性。
[Abstract]:The patient was 56 years old. The rash of the right forearm with redness and swelling was painful for 10 days. The rash was located in the middle of the extensor of the right forearm. It was a purulent herpes on the basis of erythema and gradually increased with pus and scabby in the center. After the antibiotic treatment was ineffective for 5 days, there was another skin rash near the elbow in the right forearm. Both rash had tenderness and the skin temperature increased. After biopsy, the lesions were diagnosed as well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma by histopathological examination. Surgical excision. This case suggests that the possibility of skin tumors should be considered for intractable skin infections.
