获得性反应性穿通性胶原病1例

【摘要】：患者男,61岁。双下肢丘疹结节4个月。患者有糖尿病病史10年余,有糖尿病肾病病史3年余。皮肤镜检查示:结节中央可见棕褐色栓塞物,直径为5mm。皮损组织病理示:表皮杯状凹陷,凹陷周围表皮向下增生,可见胶原纤维自凹陷底部向外排出。诊断:获得性反应性穿通性胶原病。
[Abstract]:The patient was 61 years old. The patient had a history of diabetes for more than 10 years and a history of diabetic nephropathy for more than 3 years. The diameter of the lesions was 5 mm. The histopathology of the lesions showed that the epidermis was goblet-shaped, the epidermis around the indentation proliferated downward, and the collagen fibers were excreted from the bottom of the depression. Diagnosis: acquired reactive penetrating collagenosis.
