皮损清理术结合光动力疗法治疗囊肿性痤疮60例疗效观察

【摘要】：正囊肿性痤疮是痤疮中较严重的一种类型,以炎性结节化脓为临床特征,以男性多见,不易消退,愈后经常遗留瘢痕,严重影响容貌,给患者带来很大的心理压力。我科自2012年1月—2014年12月采用皮损清理术结合光动力疗法(PDT)治疗囊肿性痤疮,取得满意疗效,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料根据Pillsbury分类法~([1]),选择符合Ⅳ度临床表现
