老年带状疱疹累及股神经一例

【摘要】：正患者男性,83岁,因"右下肢疼痛半个月,乏力10d"入院。患者半个月前无诱因出现右下肢疼痛,以右大腿前、内侧,右小腿内侧为主。于外院查腰椎MRI,考虑为"腰椎间盘突出症",给予甘露醇、曲马多等对症处理后,疼痛缓解。5d后患者开始出现右下肢无力,并逐渐加重,活动困难,行走不稳,遂就诊我院。既往有高血压病史。入院查体:T 36.5℃,P 75次/分,R 20次/分,BP 175/91mmHg。
[Abstract]:The male patient, aged 83, was admitted to hospital because of "pain in the right lower extremity for half a month, fatigue for 10 days". The patient had no cause of pain in the right lower limb half a month ago, to the anterior and medial sides of the right thigh. The medial side of the right lower leg was the main one. After examining the lumbar MRI in the external hospital and considering "lumbar disc herniation", the patients began to develop weakness of the right lower extremity after the pain was alleviated .5d after the treatment of mannitol, tramadol and so on, and gradually became more and more difficult to move and walked unsteadily. The patient was admitted to our hospital with a history of hypertension. He was admitted to the hospital for examination at 30. 5 鈩，
