皮肤软纤维瘤继发鳞状细胞癌

【摘要】：报告1例皮肤软纤维瘤基础上发生的鳞状细胞癌。患者女,65岁。左手臂皮肤袋状突起10年余,迅速增大6个月。皮肤科检查:左上臂伸侧有一2.5 cm×2 cm×2 cm暗红色不规则球形肿块,质中等,肿块随肢体活动可轻度扭转。皮损大体病理:球形肿块剖面呈灰白色,有蒂;组织病理:肿物表面多灶性坏死,瘤细胞呈巢团状向纤维组织内浸润,细胞核大、深染、多形,蒂部被覆皮肤基本完整,表皮角化过度,棘层肥厚,纤维组织增生部分变性,皮下见癌细胞浸润。诊断为皮肤软纤维瘤继发鳞状细胞癌。
[Abstract]:A case of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) developed on the basis of dermatofibroma was reported. The patient was 65 years old. The skin of the left arm increased rapidly from 10 years to 6 months. Dermatologic examination showed that there was a dark red irregular spherical mass of 2.5 cm 脳 2 cm 脳 2 cm 脳 2 cm on the extension side of the left upper arm. The lesions were grayish white and pedicled, and histopathology showed that the tumor cells infiltrated into the fibrous tissue in the shape of nests, and the nuclei were large and deep stained. The skin covered with polymorphic, pedicled skin was basically intact, epidermal keratosis was excessive, hypertrophy of spinous layer, hypertrophy of fibrous tissue, partial degeneration of fibrous tissue, subcutaneous infiltration of cancer cells, and diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma secondary to skin soft fibroma.
