【摘要】：报告1例Meyerson痣。患者男,71岁。右胁部皮损2年,发生红晕偶伴瘙痒2个月。皮损组织病理学检查示:真皮乳头及网状层较多上皮样细胞散在或成巢排列伴黑素沉积,免疫组织化学染色证实为黑素细胞来源,细胞无明显异形。痣细胞周围致密以淋巴细胞为主的炎性细胞浸润。表皮增生呈现鳞状涡样结构。诊断:Meyerson痣。
[Abstract]:A case of Meyerson's nevus was reported. The male was 71 years old. The skin lesions in the right flank occurred for 2 years. The skin histopathology showed that more epithelioid cells of dermal papilla and reticular layer were scattered or nestled with melanin deposition. Immunohistochemical staining showed that melanocytes originated from nevus cells, and that there was no obvious heteromorphism in the cells. The nevus cells around the nevus were infiltrated with inflammatory cells dominated by lymphocytes. The epidermis proliferated with a squame-like structure and was diagnosed as a nevus.
