强脉冲光联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的观察强脉冲光联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法 48例激素依赖性皮炎患者,随机分为两组。治疗组:25例,强脉冲光治疗,1次/4周,共4次,重组人表皮生长因子凝胶,2次/d,共4周;对照组:23例,仅给予强脉冲光治疗,1次/4周,共4次。两组于治疗结束后1和3个月进行疗效评价。结果治疗组治疗结束后1和3个月有效率分别为72.000%和80.000%,与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组与对照组严重程度评分均比治疗前下降,两组间评分的比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论强脉冲光联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效优于单纯强脉冲光治疗,安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of intense pulse light combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis. Methods 48 patients with hormone dependent dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups. A total of 4 times, the recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel twice a day for 4 weeks, the control group of 23 cases, only given intense pulse light treatment for 1 / 4 weeks, Results the effective rates of the two groups were 72.000% and 80.000, respectively, 1 and 3 months after the end of treatment, compared with those in the control group. The severity scores of the treatment group and the control group were lower than those of the control group, and the scores of the two groups were compared. Conclusion the therapeutic effect of high pulse light combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis is better than that of single intense pulse light therapy.
