点阵激光治疗纤维毛囊瘤1例报告

【摘要】：正患者,女,36岁,因面部丘疹20年就诊。20年前患者双侧鼻翼出现肤色丘疹,随年龄增长,皮疹逐渐增多、增大,自觉瘙痒。家族史:患者父母及亲缘中无近亲婚配史,婚后育一子一女,子女无类似疾病。家系调查3代16人,发现患者弟弟24岁,自10岁始面部出现类似皮疹,但症状较患者轻,且不同意行皮肤组织病理学检查,故未明确诊断。患者体格检查:发育正常,各系统检查未见异常。皮肤科检查:双侧鼻
