色素性紫癜性皮肤病患者血清单胺氧化酶的测定及意义

【摘要】:目的探讨单胺氧化酶(MAO,5-羟色胺代谢限速酶)在色素性紫癜性皮肤病中的作用。方法选择确诊的色素性紫癜性皮肤病患者36例(观察组)及40例正常人(对照组),采用连续监测法测定MAO并进行治疗前后与正常对照组比较。结果色素性紫癜性皮肤病患者治疗前血清MAO含量高于对照组(P0.05),患者治疗痊愈后血清MAO含量与对照组差异无统计学意义(P0.05),治疗前血清MAO含量高于治疗痊愈后血清MAO含量(P0.05)。结论 MAO可能参与了色素性紫癜性皮肤病的发病过程。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the role of monoamine oxidase (MAOX) 5-hydroxytryptamine metabolic rate-limiting enzyme in dermatosis of purpura purpura. Methods 36 patients (observation group) and 40 normal persons (control group) were selected. Results the serum MAO level of patients with pigmented purpura dermatosis before and after treatment was higher than that of control group (P 0.05). The serum MAO content of patients after treatment was lower than that of control group. The serum MAO level was higher before treatment than that after cure. Conclusion MAO may be involved in the pathogenesis of purpura dermatosis.
