酒渣鼻患者面部蠕形螨感染情况分析及其皮肤生理指标测定

【摘要】: 酒渣鼻是一种发生在颜面中部,以皮肤潮红、毛细血管扩张及丘疹、脓疱为表现的慢性皮肤病,发病机制尚不清楚。近年来研究表明蠕形螨的感染密度与酒渣鼻的发生有密切的关系。蠕形螨的感染与面部皮脂分泌量的多少有一定的关系,但缺乏一种对油脂分泌量客观评估的方法。 目的:1.本研究旨在探讨蠕形螨在酒渣鼻病因和发病机制中的作用,为酒渣鼻的治疗提供更充分的科学依据;2.通过定量测试皮肤生理指标,检测蠕形螨病患者皮肤油脂和pH,探讨蠕形螨感染的酒渣鼻患者面部皮肤生理功能的特点,以期指导治疗和日常皮肤护理。 方法:选择于2009年5月~2009年12月到兰州大学第二医院就诊的酒渣鼻患者65例和正常对照组60例,采用挤压法取材:采用粉刺挤压器挤压患者和健康者前额、鼻和下颌三个部位,刮取面积为1cm2,平均螨虫感染密度取以上三个部位的平均值。取标本(皮脂分泌物)于玻片上,以10%氢氧化钾液制片,观察到虫体为阳性。面部皮肤生理指标采用无创性皮肤生理指标检测仪分别对酒渣鼻患者和对照组面部的油脂和pH进行测定。 结果:酒渣鼻患者面部蠕形螨的感染密度明显高于正常对照组(P0.05)。丘疹脓疱期和鼻赘期螨虫感染密度均高于红斑期(均P0.05);丘疹脓疱期的螨虫感染密度与鼻赘期相比,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。面部感染蠕形螨酒渣鼻患者面部的油脂高于未感染蠕形螨的健康对照组(P0.05);面部感染人蠕形螨酒渣鼻患者面部的酸碱度与未感染蠕形螨的健康对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论:面部蠕形螨感染可能是酒渣鼻的致病因素之一,面部皮肤油脂分泌过多是蠕形螨感染的易感因素。
[Abstract]:Rosacea is a central area of the face, the skin flushing, telangiectasia and papules, pustules, chronic skin disease manifestations, pathogenesis is still unclear. Recent studies show that the density of Demodex infection and rosacea are closely related to the occurrence of infection with Demodex. Facial sebum secretion somewhat the relationship, but the lack of a method for objective assessment of the oil secretion.
Objective: This study aimed to investigate the 1. Demodex mites in the etiology and pathogenesis of rosacea, provide more adequate scientific basis for the treatment of rosacea; 2. by quantitative measurement of skin physiology index, detection of demodicidosis were skin oils and pH, to explore the characteristics of rosacea patients with facial skin physiological function of Demodex infection, guide in the period of treatment and daily skin care.
Methods: from May 2009 to December 2009 to the Second Hospital Affiliated to Lanzhou University for treatment of rosacea patients 65 cases and 60 cases of normal control group, by using the method of extrusion: the acne squeezer patients and healthy forehead, nose and chin three parts, scraping area is 1cm2, the average density of infected mites average take the above three parts of the value. The specimens (sebaceous secretion) on a slide with 10% potassium hydroxide solution method, observed the body was positive. Facial skin physiological indexes by non-invasive skin physiology index tester respectively rosacea patients and controls facial oils and pH were measured.
Results: the density of infection in patients with rosacea Demodex was significantly higher than normal control group (P0.05). Papulopustule and rosacea mite infection density was higher than that in erythema stage (P0.05); papulopustule period mite infection density and rhinophyma period compared with no significant difference (P0.05) facial demodex infection in rosacea. The oil was higher than that of patients with facial demodex infection in healthy control group (P0.05); facial demodex infection in patients with rosacea facial pH and the healthy control group without demodex infection compared with no significant difference (P0.05).
Conclusion: may be one of the pathogenic factors of rosacea infection Demodex facial skin, excessive oil secretion is the predisposing factor of infection Demodex.
